I really love the recent Nestea commercial. It never fails to make me smile each time I see it. Ang cute! I just find it cute, aside from the obvious fact that I find Necus cute. Hahhahha.
But you know what, it got me thinking.
Kung naging lalake (I mean straight) ako, I would have been siguro ganun kakulit. OA pero mabait naman, hhhehe. I would have maybe the same sentiments over that girl na nangBusted sa’kin. Ang cute siguro no? I would have guy friends that I’ll hang around with, maybe play basketball with. Siguro even go sa mall for babe watchin’, hhhahah, natatawa talaga ako sa thought. But yah, it sounds fun. Maybe we’d go driving together, bring girls sa beach, drink beer over a bonfire, maybe do those stuffs.
I’d have smelly socks siguro, tapos I’d have FHM magazines under my bed. I’d have a bike and maybe a skateboard. Probably sakit din ako sa ulo ng kuya ko coz I’d be out long and sneak out of the house. Hai, ang fun siguro.
But you know what, if naging NECUS na lang siguro ako, I’d also have my girl.
That means I’d be normal, I’d live a normal family life.
I’d settle, and have kids, raise a family and see my children graduate.
I’d have a typical happy ever after.
But, hindi ganun eh.
May plano ata si Lord that’s even greater, hhhaha.
Noon I have reached the point that tinatanong ko sya why ganto ang nangyari.
But I can only ask and wait, kasi yung sagot, alam ko na pala, matagal na.
I’d have a different happy ever after.
Iba ang kulay ng mundo ko, iba din ang mga daan, iba’ng tugtugin, iba din ang mga hugis.
Mahirap pasukin ang mundo ko; sa mga taong nasanay sa black and white and no grays in between, wapak! Hindi ito friendly soil. Mapangkutya at mapanghusga ang mundo ginagalawan ko, mapangahas, out of the ordinary, sabi nga nila.
Sa mga isipang hindi namulat sa totoong hugis and himig nang tunay sa pagmamahal, ang mundo ko’y isang mausok, malamlam at makasalanang mundo. But for those who has souls that see…
